• A separate 4G modem kit can be added to provide a conduit to the Web Advantage servers which means no controller communication passes over the business network. If multiple controllers are installed at site, they can share the same 4G modem kit using a hub to reduce infrastructure and ongoing data network costs.

BACnet High Level Interface was designed to allow communication of building automation and control systems for applications such as heating, ventilating, and air-conditioning control (HVAC), lighting control, access control, and fire detection systems and their associated equipment.

BACNet IP is an option native to the Megatron Controller if the correct comms card is specified, the default network port is 47808. You will need to change the controller’s device instance number to one that works with your BACNet configuration as it ships as 4194303 which is known as unconfigured.
