This rugged, leak-free hydraulic diaphragm style metering pump is designed for precise metering and long-term dependability. Its time proven drive and stroke control mechanism combined with a wide variety of wet end head designs deliver superior value for any application.

The PULSAR pump uses a hydraulically actuated diaphragm. The diaphragm is hydraulically balanced between process fluid and hydraulic fluid. The piston reciprocates through a precisely sized cylinder resulting in positive displacement of controlled volume of hydraulic fluid. This action causes the diaphragm to reciprocate and precisely dose process fluid through the suction and discharge valve mechanism.

The hydraulically balanced diaphragm does no work, pump and diaphragm life is maximized, and pressure capabilities are maximized. PULSAR pumps allow for instant visual indication of proper oil level fill, overpressure, and proper air bleeding of the hydraulic fluid via the patented hydraulic diagnostic window. Push to Prime, a simple spring loaded button, allows hydraulic fluid priming and purging of entrained air in preparation for start-up or during operation.

The PULSAR pump comes with a three component check valve system which is a high performance ball valve system which features wide clearance flow path with controlled rise and four-point guide, assuring optimum life and high performance accuracy.The four bolt tie bar system resists connection forces and piping strain while promoting leak-free performance.

PULSAR pump comes with the standard manual stroke length control, which provides accuracy up to +/-0.5%. This pump has a flow rate of 119.8 gph and pressure rates up to 3190 psig.The PULSAR pump contains a five year warranty on the gearbox. The gearbox is non-vented which prevents condensation and ingress water and other contaminants, providing exceptional durability and protection from the most extreme environments.
