The PulsaPro Series PL Positive Return Plunger Metering pump is the intelligent choice of industrial plants worldwide.Each pump is backed with 35 years of solid technical experience to produce a durable, technically superior pump that can meter products as diverse as molten sulphur to diatomaceous earth.

Series PL modular design allows for multiplexing units. Also, due to its heavy duty construction, the pump can provide 24/7 continuous operation, it’s robust, and an intuitive design. It also uses a full motion stroke length control mechanism.

Series PL uses a unique plunger design, uses a positive return mechanism with mechanical return of the plunger, which is easy to service, provides visual indication and access window for plunger and seal servicing. The pump is controller ready, meaning it can equipped with a MPC Vector(panel mounted only), electronic actuator Z type, electronic actuator (explosion proof), and pneumatic actuator.

Series PL a manual stroke length adjustment which can be set when the pump is stopped or running, it has a 100:1 turndown capacity, with a +/-1% steady state accuracy within 10% and 100% capacity, and it also has a +/-3% repeatability and linearity within 10% and 100% of capacity.

Series PL has a flow rate up to 2,906 gph (11,000 lph) and pressures up to 5,800 psig (400 bar). There are also five different configurations, each with their flow rate and different material options. The pump can be set up as multiplexing units. Each pump head can have a different stroke rate, and its own reduction gear. Different sizes or models can be combined or built to specifications.
