PULSAR Shadow
The PULSAR Shadow features a rugged and reliable construction designed for simplicity of operation and maintenance. The PULSAR Shadow sets a new standard for the mechanically actuated diaphragm metering pump.
The PULSAR Shadow pump uses a mechanically actuated diaphragm. The diaphragm is mechanically attached to the reciprocating piston. The reciprocating diaphragm displaces controlled volume of process fluid through the suction and discharge valve mechanism. This eliminates hydraulic fluid, simplifies maintenance, and minimizes power requirements.
Product Description
The PULSAR Shadow features a rugged and reliable construction designed for simplicity of operation and maintenance. The PULSAR Shadow sets a new standard for the mechanically actuated diaphragm metering pump.
The PULSAR Shadow pump uses a mechanically actuated diaphragm. The diaphragm is mechanically attached to the reciprocating piston. The reciprocating diaphragm displaces controlled volume of process fluid through the suction and discharge valve mechanism. This eliminates hydraulic fluid, simplifies maintenance, and minimizes power requirements.
The PULSAR Shadow pump comes with a three component check valve system which is a high performance ball valve system which features wide clearance flow path with controlled rise and four-point guide, assuring optimum life and high performance accuracy. Also, the four bolt tie bar system resists connection forces and piping strain while promoting leak-free performance.
The gearbox is non-vented which prevents condensation and ingress water and other ontaminants, providing exceptional durability and protection from the most extreme environments. The diaphragms are a sealless composite PFTE designed for minimum of two years of uninterrupted performance.
PULSAR Shadow comes with the standard manual stroke length control, which provides accuracy up to +/-1%. This pump has a flow rate of 170 gph and pressure rates up to 305 psig.
